Youth-centres should be more interesting for them and of course there should exist more. For me a solution ould be a youth-centre distributed in some parts. For example one part for poppers, one for metalers and one for reggae-listening youths. Thats namely the cause that so little people go to youth-centres. Mostly they follo the fashion. People ho like that do go there, but for the others its just boring. The parents should be more enlightened about the topical dangers on the streets and ho easy children can be manipulated to leave their ay besides. The state has to keep an eye on alcohol-selling. This very dangerous drug is too easy to buy. Thats just the ay as it is ith tobacco. Everybody can buy it in vending machines. And a vending machine isnt able to test the age of its customers.
